Executives, L&D and HR, managers and teams
Each program starts with your people, their roles, and the mission they serve, so executives, L&D and HR, and managers each get what they need from a program built around their work.
Executives and leadership teams
Briefings and working sessions where executives set direction, priorities, and governance for AI, and decide who is accountable for what.
L&D and HR
Cohort programs that build lasting skill, designed with you around your people, your goals, and the development systems you already run.
Managers and teams
Hands-on practice with the AI tools your teams use, applied to their own work.
What we build with your organization
Every program is built around your people and mission. We start from your goals and your tools rather than a standard curriculum.
Fluency
Employees at every level learn to use AI well in their own roles, from first steps to confident daily practice, and learn when to question what it gives them.
Workflow transformation
Teams map how work actually gets done, test where AI helps, and put the changes into practice, one workflow at a time.
Strategic AI leadership
Executives and leadership teams set priorities, guardrails, and accountability for AI across the organization.
Leadership development
Managers and emerging leaders develop together in cohort programs built around the challenges they face.
Organizational culture and change
Organizations strengthen the culture that decides whether any change, AI or otherwise, lasts.
Responsible use, built into every program
Protected health information and HIPAA, data privacy, and your AI policy and governance run through every program. We teach responsible practice, and your compliance and legal teams remain the authority on what your organization requires.
How a cohort works
Most of our work with organizations happens in cohorts. A group of leaders or employees moves through the program together. We also work with individual cohort participants to blueprint their current high-ROI workflows and guide them in developing AI integration that is streamlined, improves operations, and is safe and reliable, verified through auditing processes that we help them develop.
Discovery and baseline
Through discovery gathering, we gain clarity around how your people are working, the goals and KPI/ROI targets, and how to work with each cohort participant to optimize their development and results.
What happens
Discovery conversations with your sponsors and program lead surface how people work now, the tools they use, and the KPI/ROI targets that define a good result. A short baseline assessment shows where each participant starts.
Who is involved
Your executive sponsor and program lead, and the HumanWise facilitators who will be in the room.
What you get
A baseline summary and a program plan with sessions, practice assignments, and agreed measures of success.
Sessions and applied practice
Participants learn together and apply each session to their own work.
What happens
Each session teaches a skill and ends with a practice assignment on their own work. Participants bring results back to the next session, where the group learns from what worked and what didn’t.
Who is involved
Participants, their managers, and the program sponsor, who joins at key points.
What you get
Session materials, practice assignments, and short progress check-ins between sessions.
Shared results and next steps
The cohort shows what changed, and leaders decide what to carry forward.
What happens
Participants share what changed in their work, and a follow-up assessment is compared with the baseline.
Who is involved
Sponsors and leaders see the results and decide, with us, what to carry forward.
What you get
A results summary that compares the baseline and follow-up, with recommendations for next steps.
Return on investment
We agree at discovery on what a good return looks like for your organization, measure where your people start, and report what changed when the cohort ends.
Time returned to higher-value work
Participants calculate time spent on recurring tasks before and after the cohort, and teams confirm the change in their own workflows.
Quality and consistency of work
Teams compare samples of work from before and after, using criteria they set at discovery.
Confidence and adoption across teams
The baseline and follow-up assessments measure confidence, frequency of use, and judgment about when not to use AI.
Lower risk in data privacy and compliance
We check whether teams can describe and follow your data and AI policies, and whether risky habits, such as pasting protected data into public tools, decline.
Case study
A healthcare technology company chose a custom cohort over an off-the-shelf program. Senior leaders from across the business each built an AI-integrated workflow for an operational problem, and participants reported their results.
